Inside Voices
Inside Voices founding members I.K. David and Paul Burghard met playing open mic nights in Washington. Connected by a mutual love of guitar-heavy, riff-driven Indie Rock and smooth R&B sounds, the two quickly crafted a repertoire of original music emulating their favorite styles.
Inside Voices’ music blends I.K.’s R&B-inspired guitar melodies, lush vocal harmonies, and melancholic lyricism with Paul’s energetic and grungy percussion. The band recently welcomed their newest member, bass player Paul Wevers, who glues the band together with in-the-pocket basslines and groovy licks.

Trash Boat and the Ambush is a Washington, DC based band playing anarcho-punk music that veers into alt-country. Trash Boat on guitar/vocals, Nick Peavy on bass, John Heinze on drums, Adam Hickcox on harmonica.
