Strutman Lane
From the outskirts of DC, a group of young men with a mutual love of funk and pop came together to breathe sensuality into new original music. Starting with their 2021 debut single, “I Want You To Know”, Strutman Lane’s rhythm guitar hooks, warm vocals, and driving sax lines cater spiritual pocket grooves to the soul. As former jazz school classmates, each member continues to spend at least 30 minutes a day working modal interchange, so rest assured you’re getting your money’s worth. For better or for worse, Strutman Lane will make you rethink your life choices.

Jack Waugh Trio
DC-Native Guitarist Jack Waugh presents Americanaland, his Americana Jazz Fusion trio featuring bassist Danny Schultheis and drummer Sean Sidley. Waugh has performed at venues including 9:30 Club, Strathmore, and Miracle Theater, and is currently an Adjunct Professor of Jazz Guitar at Towson University. Jazz, Rock, Americana, Bluegrass, Blues, and Pop can all be heard in his compositions and in his trio’s exciting new sound.

This past year, Cole performed as a special guest for legendary band Three Dog Night, played venues and festivals up and down the East Coast, and was voted into the top three of Washington City Paper’s Best of DC for “Best Local Original Band”.
